This process is required only once and ensures a secure and enjoyable experience for both of us. Please complete the screening/booking form in its entirety with accurate information to the best of your knowledge. While I understand that your discretion and privacy are paramount, some sensitive details may be necessary. Rest assured, your information will remain private for a total of seven (7) days. After this period, your inquiry will be deleted and purged from my system. Please note that providing false information will lead to the immediate termination of your inquiry, and you will be added to my block list. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
