Screening is required for every new suitor, no exceptions! Once you have been screened and verified, you may contact me directly to book all future endeavors. Screening profiles are purged every 7 days for safety and security purposes. Deposits are required to secure every booking. No booking is considered “confirmed” until a deposit has been received.

I offer a few discreet options for those who require a bit more discretion, however, there will be an additional fee outside of the normal deposit.

Cashapp - Venmo - Apple Pay

Hourly bookings - 25% deposit

FMTY bookings - 50% deposit + Travel/Accommodation fees

For local/hourly bookings, I recommend booking me with at least 24 hour notice.

Any requests made outside of these parameters are considered “last minute” and may incur additional fees.

I am available Monday - Saturday from 9am - 8pm (8pm being the last available booking).

Earlier/Later or Sunday appointments are available with an additional fee.

Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle until you receive directions to enter my location. Upon entry to my incall, please place the remaining donation (already in an unsealed envelope) on the coffee table and get comfortable. Beverages and lite snacks are available for your comfort and convenience. At some point, before the fun is to begin, you must excuse yourself to the rest room to freshen up. Fresh towels, washcloths, mouthwash and soap are always available for your convenience, or you may bring your own - Please use them! I take pride in providing an unrushed experience, however, please be mindful of the time and do not overstay your visit

I understand, life happens! If you are running late, please let me know. I will allow a 15min grace period, after this time has lapsed your appointment will begin whether you have arrived or not.

Upon my arrival, please have the remaining donation (already in an unsealed envelope) in plain sight. Once we have made acqauintance I will excuse myself to the rest room to freshen up. Same as incalls, I take pride in providing an unrushed experience, however I will be mindful of the time and will not overstay our visit. If I am visiting your location, please make sure there are fresh/clean sheets on the bed, fresh towels and washcloths available and that your restroom and bedroom area is neat and clean. Please put away all pets before my arrival and most importantly, please do not invite me over if you have company, guests or a room mate.

While I do understand that life is full of unexpected surprises, especially when it comes to business/work, my time is just as valuable as yours and I must take necessary precautions to protect it. Below are my cancellation policies and protocols, feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding this matter.

• If you cancel within more than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the deposit that was collected will be applied to your next booking, if rescheduled within 30 days. After 30 days, a new deposit will be required.

• If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, half of the payment for the time booked must be submitted within 72 hours. This is considered a last minute cancellation and hotel/accommodations cannot be canceled at this point.

• If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to call and cancel, I will require full payment for the missed appointment and full payment for the current appointment you are requesting upfront before re-booking you.

• Same day bookings may NOT be canceled or rescheduled. Canceling or rescheduling will result in forfeiture of 100% of the payment collected.

Reviews are welcomed! However, please respect my privacy and make sure they are written in a tasteful manner (do not include specific or graphic details). None of my experiences are the same, so it would be wise to never establish expectations for me from a previous review.
